Well, today I had to take a sick day….woke up with a fever tried to sick it out a work for a few hours but ultimately decided I needed to come home and rest. On days when I cannot get my Insanity in I REALLY refocus on my nutrition and my water intake! It is really important to keep hydrated, especially when sick! You are suppose to be drinking HALF of your body weight in ounces everyday! On top of using the Insanity Nutrition Guide (which is wonderful) I just got in the mail Vegan cooking for Carnivores and The BEst of Clean Eating! I decided that I am going to attempt to make a commitment to eat Vegan three days a week (hopefully four days). This seems like a realistic start for me, and after looking through the recipes I am really EXCITED! They all seem sooooooo delicious! Get ready for me to post some of my favorites!
